Vertex Standard V Rewards Program Fact Sheet

Simply sell eligible Vertex Standard products to your customers and earn cash. Most Vertex Standard radios qualify. The rewards may vary. The eligible products may change at any time. Vertex Standard reserves the right to add eligible products, subtract eligible products, and raise or lower amount of cash awards during the eligible months. Vertex Standard reserves the right to modify the terms of this program at any time.

Sales claims have a limited time frame to be eligible for payout based on the manufacturer ship date:

• For products purchased directly from Vertex Standard, your claim must be submitted to the V Rewards website within 180 days of from date from which the radio is shipped from Vertex Standard to your company.
• For products that HAVE NOT been purchased directly from Vertex Standard (by resellers who purchase from an authorized Vertex Standard distributor/dealer), your claim must be submitted to the V Rewards website within 365 days from the date from which the radio is shipped from Vertex Standard to the authorized dealer/distributor.

Any claims submitted beyond these dates are not eligible for payout.

Please ensure sales claims are submitted in time to earn the intended payout amount. No exceptions will be granted for claims not submitted on time once new payout schedules take effect.
