All orders placed by 2:00 p.m. EST will ship the same day if inventory is available. UPS is our primary small package carrier, but we also use FED EX and USPS Priority Mail services on a daily basis. FED EX and USPS are generally more cost effective when shipping to a residence. We will check to see which service is more cost effective for your shipping address and use that carrier. Unless otherwise specified, GROUND shipping will be the default method. All customers within GA, AL, MS, TN, KY, TX, NC, SC, FL, AR and LA receive shipments within 2 days via GROUND shipping. FED EX and USPS are generally more cost effective when shipping to a residence. We will check to see which service is more cost effective for your shipping address and use that carrier. Unless otherwise specified, GROUND shipping will be the default method. All customers within GA, AL, MS, TN, KY, TX, NC, SC, FL, AR and LA receive shipments within 2 days via GROUND shipping. LTL freight services are also available for larger orders that may be shipped on a pallet. A loading dock or fork lift will be required at the destination to avoid a lift gate fee.
